Gather Your Basic Profile Information – This is where we get the basic information from you via the Client Information Form. At your provided email address we will send emails with instructions and links to follow along the process of completing the form, logging into the website and officially starting your course. If needed, you will be provided access to setup a short Q&A session with a member of our staff to answer any questions you may have.  

Access the Online Course / Download Workbook –  In your instructional emails you will have links provided to both download your course workbook and login to the site to continue your progress.  Throughout the online course itself, you will take assessments to ensure understanding as well as provide your assigned coach an updated version of your workbook to follow along.  Again you will have access to setup a short Q&A session with a member of our staff to answer any questions you may have.

Work with a Coach to Establish Career Theme, Focus & Mission –  Once you have reached a certain point of the online course, by email you will be invited to setup a session with your assigned career coach.  Through review of your results of the various assessments and activities you have completed, your coach will help you define your career focus via the establishment of your career theme, focus accomplishments and career mission.  This will leave little to no room for ambiguity for you going forward.  You will know how to establish your own career path and find which steps are necessary to follow. This is the most critical, eye-opening and revealing part of the process. This is the uncovering and definition of your career identity.

Resume and LinkedIn Profile Updates & Supplemental Services – Once your career identity has been established, the next steps are to start the process of aligning you with that identity externally (resume, online) and internally (mentally).  We provide services that will begin terraforming the environment around you to foster and grow this optimal version of your professional self.  It will not happen overnight, but once started, it is inevitable.

That is actually just one of the by-products of our coaching process.  Our goal is actually to help you gain an understanding of your career identity.  That way you can establish a full career life that provides the growing income, personal fulfillment and day-to-day advancement of career accomplishments that makes the job you do one that you love all of the time.  A career coach does this by providing a very introspective process and offering a range of supporting services.

On one end of the spectrum is the personal development side of career coaching that helps you answer the big questions in life such “what are you passionate about?”, “What do you really want to do?” and “What career legacy do you want to leave behind?”. On the other end of the career coaching spectrum are the technical job searching services such as resume writing, preparing for interviews, and developing job searching skills.

A career coach can provide assistance if you are currently employed and looking to transition to another industry or job or if you are re-entering the workforce. A coach can help you find direction when you lack focus, and don’t know what your next steps are. Whether you are at a moment of career stagnation, nearing retirement and want to start a whole new career, or are a new graduate fresh out of college or university, a career coach can help ease the transition and get you where you want to go faster and with less stress.

Support – A coach is there for you. They actively listen to what you are saying and what you aren’t saying. They will create a safe environment where you are comfortable and can talk without judgment. Looking for work can be extremely isolating. Working with a coach provides the necessary support to move forward. A coach provides non-judgmental guidance and can see things from the 30,000-foot view, offering different perspectives and opportunities. They’ll help you identify where you are stuck, what the obstacles are between you and your dream job, and illuminate the path to what you really want.

Structure and accountability – A coach will set up regular coaching meetings with you (by phone or in person) and assist in developing a plan to achieve your career goals. Looking for work can be frustrating, annoying and demoralizing and it may be difficult to know where to start. Having regular coaching sessions will lend structure and stability to your career transition. A career coach will customize a program to suit your individual needs and meet you where you are, whether at a career crossroad or in job search mode. They will provide the necessary accountability for you to achieve and exceed your goals, far faster than you would on your own.

Focus – A career coach will help you focus on what you really want to do and where you want to do it by identifying your values, interests, talents and passion. They will help you discover what is really important to you and how that relates to finding your ideal career.

Confidence and your personal brand – When you are out of work you may lack self-confidence and your perspective on successfully finding work may become clouded.
